ph67 maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a breach likely to cause serious harm to data subjects, ph67 will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours and affected players within a reasonable period consistent with NPC guidelines. ph67 does not conceal data incidents — transparency in the event of a breach is a non-negotiable commitment.
