ph67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out above. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally unless you have previously notified ph67 of unauthorized access and ph67 has confirmed the suspension of your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal customer support channels within a reasonable period, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Mediation process.
